2. Click ‘Book a Viewing’ and select an available time that suits you and your future housemates to view virtually.
3. A member of the team will be in touch with you to confirm the viewing.
4. A virtual viewing will be conducted by a member of the team
5. A physical viewing can then be arranged.
6. A holding deposit of £50 per person is then payable, either after step 4 or 5.
7. We will direct you to our online contract signing platform for you and your guarantors to complete the tenancy.
